Handlavet Skin Care will not be responsible for any damage or injury, including, but not limited to, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if there was negligence by Handlavet Skin Care or an authorized representative of Handlavet Skin Care been informed of the possibility of such damage, or both. The foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you to the extent that applicable law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Handlavet Skin Care is fully responsible to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (contract, tort, (including but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) will not exceed the amount you paid to access this website.

You agree that your use of this website and any relevant disputes will be governed in all respects by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any dispute related to this Agreement will be resolved only in the state courts located in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
